It’s the worst mat I have come across.It is not ant-skid I have to use a carpet under the mat.Please do not mislead people.The quality too is very basic and cheap looking.The mat looks and feels very dry to be anti skid

It is 6 mm thick, that is a good thickness. It is easy to fold and the grip is also good. The size is perfect for a 6-foot person. Overall good quality, anti-skid and reliable yoga mat.
