The yoga mat is of adequate length for a person my height (5’8″). One side is rubberized so that it does not slip. The other side provides adequate friction for exercises. Being handmade it is colourful and is an excellent choice for those fed up with mono colour mats. The bag and binder provide suitable option for storage.The mat is a bit heavy for travel however. It would have been better if the Amazon site allowed me to choose from the different designs advertised.
