1. Way too thin.Better go for the Decathlon yoga mats, as they are more comfortable and on the thicker side.These will get flattened within a few weeks time.2. Didn’t provide with the holding strap as mentioned in the description. The seller is to blame for this and has caused a lot of disappointment given the price range of this mat.Better go for a well know brand and thicker mat.Bad product for such high price.

Grip behind the mat is good, thickness is ok, but it is slippery I am unable to do even downward dog pose properly as my hands are slipping on it.
