Thickness and mass is adequate but the width is not enough even for slim bodies.You have to be mindful all the time to ensure you are on the mat. Other wise it’s a good product, they provide you with a bag and a rrope like structure to hold just the mat.

I’m enjoying my practice on it every time, again and again. Love also how easy foldable the mats are: great how I can carry it along to my favorite yogaspot, both in and outside. A GREAT yoga mat!!!!
