Writing this review after using AmazonBasics Yoga Mat for ~ 1 month. These are my observations & feedback:+ build quality of the mat is good, appears to be durable and long lasting.+ thick enough (0.25 inch) to give necessary support to knees or when seated.+ a wrap/carry strap is provided, which is very thoughtful inclusion, the same, if you purchase separately can cost Rs.100+.+ the length is particularly good, I have an earlier mat from another brand, and AmazonBasics is longer than that, which is good if you are tall.~ initially there is a smell (it is the case with most of the mats), but it fades away with regular use. Keep it outside in airy space few times, it helps.Overall, a highly recommended product for yoga practitioners, one of the best option in the price range, even better you get it in a deal price!Pictures are posted for reference. Great buy, the colour is far more subtle than the pictures may suggest. The thickness is great,and feels great overall. It comes with a strap to wrap and carry it. Very happy with my buy. 6mm thickness was the best part.. bought 2 even..

So excited to finally have my yoga mat. I picked pink to match my aerial yoga swing I have hung up at home. Matches great!! The quality in this mat is top notch, it very nice and soft to the touch, and it’s not too thin or too thick. I like the little carrier it comes with too it is easy to attached to the mat, makes it easy to take with you to class! And you choose from so many different colors, I almost picked purple instead! I might get myself a second one to have more coverage on the ground underneath my yoga swing. This also maybe a good gift for someone who is a frequent yoga goer or does yoga at home!

I did a lot of research trying to find the right mat for me. I’ve had this for about a year now and I can honestly say it’s held up great for me and it’s met all my needs. It’s comfortable and the color is very appealing. It’s also durable and not slippery at all. I’m happy with it!

Mat is very cute and light weight. I only use it for a few basic exercises so it works fine for me. I would not recommend it if you’re looking to do serious yoga workouts or repetitive use. It’s very much like pliable foam that takes can be easily torn. My dog likes to visit with me during workouts and her nails have punctured a few small holes in it already.

I bought this product on Feb 3, 2020 e I’ve been using it at least 4x a week since then for yoga and/or other workouts… While the price is good the quality is not there, pieces of the rubber have started to come off and the mat is quite thin and uncomfortable. For exercises where you spend a while in your knees (cat and cow pose, donkey kicks, etc) it makes it quite painful to the point my knees got bruised. So now I will invest a bit more $ on a good mat because this one didn’t work well at all.
